Join me, Zoe Blackford, for my weekly Hatha Yoga class which includes pranayama (breathwork), asana (yoga postures) and Yoga Nidra (guided meditation).
I have been practicing Yoga since 2005, and qualified as a teacher with the Traditional Yoga Association in 2018. I love to blend my understanding of Eastern wisdom with the scientific knowledge of how our bodies work to create classes that will be of benefit to mind, body and spirit.
All bodies are welcome: you don’t need to be flexible, you don’t need to be fit, you just need to be present! The focus is on being kind to your body, not forcing it to hold a perfect pose.
