What is Somayoga?
Somayoga refers to Somatics and yoga . Carol combines the breathing, and exercises from the Integrative Yoga Therapy training she learnt to fit in with the Somatic movement therapies she now offers on a 1/1 basis. It is a perfect fit!
On the one hand Somatics teaches the body to open up by releasing tension consciously and on the other hand yoga has the rich history of how the body can be taught to open up through postures and breath work.
