New beginners Hatha Yoga class with Fiona Hatley.
This is a slow and easy to follow class with gentle poses. We will focus on breathing and body awareness with gentle stretching and movements.
Welcome to my super calming environment where you can fully relax and recharge – my classes provide an opportunity to stretch, unwind, and release tension, providing a good counterpoint to both busy lifestyles and cardio workouts.
