Baby Massage with Polly Chadwick
Baby Massage 5 session course in South Devon
Starts March 14th at 10.00am to 11.15am
My 5 week course offers you and your baby a fun and relaxed activity to enjoy together each week.
You will learn how to massage your baby safely whilst learning about the numerous benefits of this ancient practice; including techniques to relieve wind, constipation, teething pains, and also aid better sleep. I teach the IAIM programme.
What better way to get to know your new baby than in this dedicated 75 minute class. I provide an organic massage oil for you to keep, a take home booklet with all the massage instructions, a keepsake milestone card and end of course certificate. All you need to bring is a small blanket for your baby to lie on, and tea and cake always provided x
