SUMMARY:Hypnobirthing course 4 sessions - with Polly Chadwick
DESCRIPTION:Hypnobirthing is a natural approach to safe\, relaxed and comfortable birthing.  This course is suitable for all types of birth whether you are planning to have your baby in hospital\, a birthing centre or at home. \nYou will be taught by me\, Polly. I am an experienced and certified Hypnobirthing teacher\, who has personally used the techniques to peacefully and positivity birth my own daughter. I incorporate my own personal experiences of how to have create a calm and relaxed birth no matter what happens on the day\, and how to feel confident and in control\, whilst teaching the theory of Hypnobirthing. \nMy  aim is to teach parents how to feel confident and who trust themselves and by using their natural instincts\, make choices that are right for themselves and their families. \nHypnobirthing uses techniques which include breathing\, deep relaxation\, visualisations and positive affirmations. These techniques help to reduce your levels of stress\, anxiety and fear\, and so promote the release of the wonder hormones\, “endorphins” and “oxytocin”\, allowing your body to give birth efficiently and comfortably the way that it is designed to do. \nSession 1: 16th January\nSession 2: 23rd January\nSession 3: 30th January\nSession 4: 6th February \nAll sessions from 6pm – 8.30pm and runs over 4 sessions\, each 2.5 hours in length. \nHealthy snacks are provided\, and this course includes a complimentary 30 minute PREGNANCY MASSAGE (this can be booked anytime from the course dates onwards to the birth day) \n\nA handout booklet containing all the course material is provided\nLog in to The Wise Hippo website to access as huge library of useful articles/videos and MP3s\nPolly offers ongoing support between sessions and after the course has ended\, via Zoom or phone\n\nBOOK HERE \n

DESCRIPTION:I am Katie and I’m really excited to welcome you to Balance Pilates. \nThe start of my Pilates journey was driven through need.  After suffering debilitating sciatica for over 8 years and trying all sorts of treatments to help\, I finally listened to those who told me Pilates was the solution. \nNow my Pilates practise is driven out of love!  My back pain is gone but so much more than that\, I feel strong\, centred\, and connected to a form of exercise and movement that I know has the power to help so many.  The power to heal pain\, improve your daily life and find a moment of stillness and clarity in an otherwise hectic world. \nJoin me on the mat to feel better\, get stronger and most importantly breathe. \nAll abilities welcome/ weekly on-going class

It has evolved further in the West. It is typically given as a seated treatment lasting 20 to 40 minutes. \nThis is a wonderful therapy to use anywhere as it only needs an ordinary chair and no undressing.
