Hi, I’m Alison. I’m a yoga teacher, massage therapist, and hypnotherapist. Over the years, I’ve helped people with a wide range of needs, from improving mobility to reducing stress, and I bring all of that experience into my classes. My aim is to help you feel more comfortable, confident, and at ease in your body.
